With over 22 years of experience, Chef David Morales began his culinary journey in Mexico City as a kitchen assistant in a traditional Yucatecan restaurant, where he discovered his passion for authentic Mexican flavors. His path led him to Los Cabos, where he spent 16 years working in the luxury and ultra-luxury hospitality industry, learning from some of the finest chefs in the country. After a successful hotel career, he transitioned into private service, specializing in fully customized culinary experiences tailored to each client.
As the founder of Rent a Yacht 4 Fun Los Cabos, David has brought his cuisine to the sea—fusing luxury yachting with fine dining. His culinary style is deeply rooted in Mexican cuisine with influences from Baja California, and is defined by his mastery of open fire, wood, and heat-driven cooking. Today, he is known for crafting unforgettable moments at sea, where every dish reflects his story, skill, and passion for cooking.

Born in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, and adopted by Baja since 2005, Chef Edgardo Soto Villegas discovered his passion for gastronomy in the kitchens of his mother and grandmother . He specializes in seafood cuisine , primitive grilling , and Hemp Cuisine. He was a finalist in Top Chef Baja 2022 and took 2nd place in Iron Chef Cannabis Mexico . Currently, he is part of the organization for Ofrenda by Inferno Fest, founder of Maki Fest Los Cabos and Sonora Grill & Country, and CEO of 710Catering Baja, offering private chef and banquet services.
